I lost my phone that has the authentication application installed on it. How do I log in to Connect Online?
Explanation
You will be asked to enter an MFA code when you log in to Connect Online. Usually, you would use the authentication app to generate the MFA code, but when the device is lost or damaged, you may need to use another way to authenticate.
Solution
Try one of the following options:
If the authentication app is installed on a different device (some authentication apps only support one device), try using it.
Use a recovery code (backup code) that you downloaded or copied to a safe location when you set up Multi-factor Authentication. Click Lost Your Device.

Enter a backup code (recovery code), and then click Continue.

Contact the application administrator to reset MFA on your user account.
