Which test results display in the Test Results field?

Change the test results that display in the Test Results field.

The Test Results field displays the most current or relevant testing outcome recorded for a backflow assembly. This typically includes the latest pass or fail status from the assembly’s recorded test history. The field provides staff with a quick way to see the assembly’s current compliance status without opening the full test record.

 

 

Changing the options in the Test Results field

1. Open Connect Backflow Management > Assemblies > Enter Assembly Test Results.

2. Click Options (F12).

3. Set up the field titled Available Test Results.

 

What do you want to do?

  • Add options to the Test Results field. Click Select for Available Test Results. Use the Selection form to move items to the Selected Items list.

  • Add options to the Test Results field. Click Select for Available Test Results. Use the Selection form to move items to the Available Items list.


4. Click OK.

The default setting is saved.
