How do I donate leave hours to another employee?
Some organizations allow employees to donate leave hours to another employee. For example, when an employee has a medical crisis and another employee wants to help out their coworker by giving them some of their leave time.
In Connect, this type of entry is a leave adjustment. You'll do two leave adjustments. The first leave adjustment to will subtract leave hours from the donor and the second leave adjustment will add the donated hours to the recipient.
