How do I sync real property information?

You can use Import Real Property Information to sync real properties and real property owners from an import file to your Real Property table in Connect. When you sync, Connect uses the export file to replace the real property information in Connect.

 

Before you get started

  • Back up the database. (Send Databases)


Sync real property information

1. Open Connect Property Tax Collection > Real Properties > Import Real Property Information.

2. Set up the Import File Type and the related options.

3. To sync real property information, click to select the checkbox titled Update Existing Real Properties. 

4. To sync real property owners, click to select the checkbox titled Update Existing Owners.

5. Click GO (CTRL+G).

The real property information from the import file replaces the selected real property information in the Real Property table.
