Q: Why can't we use our passwords?
A: To protect the database, Caselle will be sending a new password that you will use to login to the test site. Each user will use the same password. When the user logs in, the user will be asked to enter a new password. You will be sent a new password when you move from the test environment to the live environment. You'll have your users use their user name and the new password to login and then, they will need to enter a new password to continue. This process ensures access to the database is protected and secure.
Q: Can we use our existing user ID and passwords that we use to login to Connect applications?
A: Yes, your users can use their existing user ID and password if the user ID and password meet the password complexity requirements for Caselle Hosted Solution. The user will be asked to enter a new password the first time they login to Caselle Hosted Solution.
