How do I install new driver for hosted sites? (Caselle Cloud)

If you're running Caselle Cloud, install the new driver to improve printing stability. Install the new driver on each workstation that will be running Connect.


Step 1. Close the connection to Caselle Cloud

1. Log out of azure.casellecloud.com

Enter your user name and password, click to select Remoteapp, and then click Log On.

2. Use the Remote App window to click .

3. Click Yes to exit the session.

You have closed the connection to the Caselle Cloud. Now, you're ready to download and install the print driver.

 

Step 2. Download the installer

1. Launch https://tricerat.app.box.com/s/eg3g0c9ecq20suvoesmi7mw81v8qp9gg

2. Right-click ScrewDriversClient_6.20.3.177700_x64.exe or ScrewDriversClient_6.20.3.177700_x64.msi and then select Download.

3. Skip the tricerate sign-up window.

You do not need to sign up for a tricerate account to use the installer. Click the X in the upper-right corner to close the sign-up window.

4.  Go to the Downloads directory and launch ScrewDriversClient_6.10.3.17700_x64.exe

5. Agree to the license terms and conditions and then click Install.

6. Click Finish.

The driver is installed.

 

Step 3. Launch Caselle Cloud

Log in at https://azure.casellecloud.com/  

 

You're done.
