I'm using Caselle Cloud and the application froze. How do I fix it? (2025.05)

Issue

I'm using Caselle Cloud to run Connect applications, but now the routine is frozen. How do I exit an application that isn't responding?

 

Solution

If you're running an application that stops running on Caselle Cloud, you can 

  • quit the application. 

  • force quit the application. Use Caselle Cloud Dashboard to close the remote connection to Caselle Cloud. Now, you can open Caselle Cloud and login.
