Issue
I'm running Caselle Cloud and I want to import a file from my computer, but I can't find the file even though I know it's there. Where is it?
Explanation
The main difference between using Connect Desktop applications and Caselle Hosted applications lies in how and where data, applications, and processing occur.
If you're running Connect Desktop applications from your computer, you use
local storage and processing. Files and applications are stored an run on the physical computer.
If you're using Caselle Cloud to run Caselle Hosted applications, you use
Remote storage and processing. Data and applications are hosted on internet-based servers, allowing access from any device with an internet connection.
Solution
To find your c:\ drive, while you're running Caselle Cloud, click the Browse button at the end of the field. This screenshot shows Import Checklists, but it's the same process for locating report definitions, form definitions, PDFs, images, and other files.
And then use the tools in Caselle Hosted applications to navigate to Your C:\Drive.
