Issue
One or more meters is using the same electronic meter reading (EMR) identification number.
If you are using an electronic meter reading identification number for electronic reading, some meter reading companies will require each meter to have a unique meter reading identification number.
The error report will list the installed meters that share the same meter ID. To fix this issue, change the EMR ID to an EMR ID that isn't being used by another meter.
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Meters > Modify Existing Meters.
2. Use the meter ID (from the error report) to look up the meter.
3. Click on the EMR ID box, delete the number, and then enter a new number.
