Set up a metered service to check for usage on a metered service that shows the customer is using significantly more or less than the expected usage.
High consumption refers to usage consumed by a customer that exceeds a specific quantity and low consumption occurs when a customer consumes less usage than the usage that is usually consumed during the given range. When the consumed usage is greater or less than the average consumption, there may be a problem with the meter. For example, a faulty wire or a broken meter.
