How do I allow users to batch complete service orders? (Actions)

Set up an action code that will allow you to choose which action codes to include when you run the Manage Submitted Service Orders routine to process service orders from Connect Online.

Setting up a service order to batch complete service orders

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Action Codes.

2. Click to select the Service Orders tab.

3. Click to select the Allow This Action Code On Service Orders checkbox.

4. Click to select the Allow Batch Completion checkbox.

5. Click Save (CTRL+S).

You can use the Manage Submitted Service Orders routine to batch complete service orders for this action code.
