How do I explicitly allow user access?
The Explicitly Allow option overrides the rights assigned to the group that deny access. Administrators can update the user profile to explicitly allow a user to access an application, widget, tab, or component.
Explicitly allowing user access
1. Open Connect System Management > Security > Setup/Modify User Rights.
2. Use the Look Up bar to enter the User ID. Press Enter.
3. Find the section titled Rights.
4. Find the item in the Rights table that you want to explicitly allow.
5. Click to select the checkbox in the column titled Explicitly Allow.
6. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The user rights allow the user access to the selected item.
