A delinquent minimum balance is the smallest amount that is past due before a customer's account is delinquent.
Use Organization to set the default minimum balance and the number of periods with a delinquent balance before the account status is delinquent.
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization.
2. Click to select the Organization tab.
3. Find the field titled Delinquent Minimum Balance.
4. Enter the smallest amount that is past due on a delinquent account.
5. Find the field titled Delinquent Periods.
6. Enter the number of periods the delinquent minimum balance is carried on the account before the account is flagged as a delinquent account.
7. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The delinquent minimum balance and delinquent periods are saved.
