What if my authentication code fails?

The authentication code is a single-use only code. If you need to reinstall Connect Online Web Service, you'll need to request a new authorization code. Contact customer service at (800) 243-8275 for assistance.

If the "failed to authenticate" warning message displays

  • Make sure the authorization code is entered correctly .

  • Check if you're using an old authentication code.


To request a new authentication code

Call customer service at (800) 243-8275 or submit a support ticket to request a new one.
