Warning Message: GL Account Is Terminated

Issue

The GL account selected is terminated for the work date entered. 

 

 

Solution

This warning message displays when you use a GL account that has a termination date that occurs before the date on the time entry. To fix this error, click OK to continue and then

  • enter a valid GL account, one with a termination date that occurs after the time entry date, or

  • fix the termination date on the GL account. You may need the help of the GL clerk.
