Error: Missing contract A/R GL account
Issue
A customer is set up with a contract and at least one service is missing a GL account for the contract accounts receivable (A/R).
Explanation
When the contract A/R GL account is missing, the contract transactions cannot be updated to the General Ledger application.
Solution
Go to the service (Organization > Services). On the General Ledger Accounts tab, click on the Contract A/R box and then enter the GL account for contract A/R.
