Why is my Caselle Cloud account locked? (2025.05)

Issue

I can't login to Caselle Cloud and now it says that my account is locked. How do I fix this? 

 

Explanation

Caselle Cloud has additional security measures in place to prevent brute-force attacks on the Caselle Cloud server. A brute-force attack consists of an attacker submitting many passwords with the hope of eventually guessing correctly. In Caselle Cloud, entering an incorrect username or password multiple times may result in your account being locked. 

 

Solution

To unlock a locked account, contact your organization's Caselle Connect administrator for assistance.
